Motor
At the heart of the RUFFIAN is the powerful and lightweight Bosch Performance Line CX mid-drive motor, delivering 250 W of continuous power and a strong 85 Nm of torque. Originally designed for eMTBs, it offers up to 340% pedal assist, making every climb feel effortless.
Removable Battery
The 500 Wh Bosch PowerPack is elegantly hidden inside the tank and secured with an ABUS cylinder lock. It offers a range of 30 to 100 km, depending on usage and terrain (see the Bosch range calculator for details). Fast charging: 50% in 3.5 hours, 100% in 7.5 hours.
Display
The Bosch Intuvia display is centrally mounted on the handlebar and features a clear, high-contrast layout with intuitive operation. The separate control unit allows you to switch between five support levels and walk assist without taking your hands off the bars. The display shows speed, battery status, estimated range, and light control clearly – even in direct sunlight.
