Please be advised that we can only process fully completed forms. Claims submitted with missing essential details (eBike Serialnumbers are important) or images cannot be processed.

Additionally, to claim the guarantee, a copy of the invoice is required. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any guarantee claims without an invoice issued in your name.
