Desert camo, electric drive, custom frame: The Alpha Industries x RUFF CYCLES Lil’Loco brings Alpha’s functional heritage from jacket directly to the street.

Developed as part of the SS26 “Ultra Violet” collection, the bike translates the seasonal themes – heat, terrain, resilience – into a clear statement of urban mobility.

The handcrafted frame is created in our own workshop in Regensburg. It is refined with a water-transfer desert camo finish, airbrush highlights and unique Alpha Industries x RUFF CYCLES branding elements.

Our designer Nikola Bartulac (@itokida) transferred the concept and aesthetics of the Alpha Industries SS26 collection to our latest model, the Lil’Loco – creating a true one-of-a-kind piece in just two months.
