Ann Neuts and Ludo Guisson are passionate cyclists who became official Ruff Cycles dealers in Belgium on August 20, 2020, making them the only major Ruff Cycles dealer in the country with over 100 satisfied customers.

Their search for a high-quality, durable, and eco-friendly electric bike led them to The Ruffian by Ruff Cycles. After a test ride, they were won over by the high-quality and the high-standards of the bike. Realizing that quality Ruff Cycles bikes deserved more visibility in a cycling nation like Belgium, they became exclusive distributors for Limburg and Flemish Brabant.

Running a bicycle shop seems to be in their DNA, as both Ann’s grandfather and Ludo’s great-grandfather owned well-known bicycle shops in the region. This deep-rooted family heritage in the cycling world inspired their slogan: “It’s all about passion!”
