How does the RUFF CYCLES referral program work?

What requirement do I need to meet?
You must be the owner of a RUFF CYCLES eBike, at least 18 years old, and enrolled and authorized for the referral program.
Are there any restrictions for the referral program?
You (the referring person) can only invite individuals who are new customers of RUFF CYCLES.
Each friend (the referred person) must have a different name, email address, as well as different billing and shipping information (including, but not limited to, address, phone numbers, payment method) from the referring person. All participants must be over 18 years old.
In order for you (the referring person) to qualify for the reward, your friends must use your individual referral link to purchase an eligible RUFF CYCLES eBike.
Please note that the RUFF CYCLES referral program discount cannot be combined with promotions or used during a sale period.
RUFF CYCLES reviews all referrals and may suspend or terminate the referral program or a user’s ability to participate in the referral program at any time and for any reason.
Is there a validity or expiration date for the referral links?
No, there is no expiration date.
Someone sent me a referral link. How do I use it?
Simply copy the individual URL into your browser’s address bar and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Can I combine the referral program with bike leasing?
Yes, that is possible! Please make sure that the order is placed through our online store.
Important: Be sure to select the payment method “Company Bike Leasing” during the checkout process.
Why does it take 40 days for my bonus payment?
We want to ensure that the purchase is truly completed. This way, the rewards remain fair and reliable.
How is the premium payout made?
Conveniently to your PayPal account through our partner Referral Candy. A PayPal account is required for this.
