With easyCredit installment purchase, you have the option to pay conveniently and easily in installments. You decide how much you want to pay, giving you maximum flexibility when buying your eBike.
How does 0% financing work?
For terms of 2-12 months, we at Ruff Cycles will cover your interest. This is already factored into the calculator.
Who can complete the easyCredit installment purchase?
If you have a regular monthly income, easyCredit will check your request and creditworthiness.
What documents do you need to place the order?
You’ll find out right away during the order process if an easyCredit installment purchase is possible. There’s no need for any follow-up checks, so you don’t have to submit any documents.
Can I also choose the installment purchase in person at your showroom/headquarters in Regensburg?
Yes, this is possible. We have a QR code on-site that guides you through the process.
What financing amounts are possible with the easyCredit installment purchase?
You can easily and conveniently handle purchases between 200 and 10,000 euros with the easyCredit installment plan.
What durations are available?
You can choose durations between 2 and 60 months.
When will the monthly installments be debited?
The first installment will be debited no earlier than 30 days after signing. The debit date is automatically preset to the 1st of a month. Changes to the 15th of a month can be made in your easyCredit customer portal during the term.
Can I make special repayments during the term?
Special repayments can be made anytime free of charge. Extra payments will automatically reduce the monthly installment. Please note that the minimum rate of 20.00 euros cannot be undercut.
Does the rejection of my financing request affect future orders?
No, requests are always reviewed individually, so a later decision can definitely be positive.
Do I have to do the PostIdent process?
No, the PostIdent procedure is not necessary.
Can I adjust my installment plan during the term?
If you face financial difficulties during the term, you can pause your payments or permanently reduce them. Just visit your easyCredit customer portal and make the changes yourself.
What's the easyCredit customer portal?
When you pay with easyCredit installment purchase, you’ll automatically receive the login details for your personal easyCredit customer portal. Here, you can manage your installment purchases, update your personal information, place orders, or even carry them out yourself. This online portal also serves as your personal mailbox, where all relevant documents related to your installment purchase are stored and can be viewed anytime.
